How to root HTC devices using HTC Quick Root

Backup data, apps and settings of your device. as the procedure may wipe your data.

Make sure that the battery of device has a minimum charge of 60%.

Enable USB Debugging. You can do that by going to “Settings” >> “Developer settings” >> Enable “USB debugging” option and disbale Fastboot by going to Settings >> Power and disable “Fastboot option”.

Install HTC Sync Manager to install drivers for your HTC device.

Download HTC Quick Root from here and extract the zip file on your computer.

Now, connect your device to computer and double-click on HTC Quick Root file which you have downloaded to start rooting.

You will have to follow the instructions on-screen to root your device easily.
