Install ZCUJOA3 Android 5.0.1 firmware on Galaxy S4 I9500

Install I9500ZCUJOA3 Android 5.0.1 Lollipop firmware on Samsung Galaxy S4 I9500. I9500ZCUJOA3 is a leaked firmware update for Galaxy S4 I9500 users. The firmware got recently leaked in China. You can update Galaxy S4 I9500 to the latest firmware by connecting your device with Samsung KIES or via OTA update notification. Install ZCUJOA3 Android 5.0.1 firmware on Galaxy S4 I9500

Take a complete backup of data,apps and settings as the procedure may wipe your data.

Make sure that the battery of device has a minimum charge of 60%.

Enable “USB debugging” on your device by going to Settings >> Developer options >> Enable USB debugging.

Download Kies Software to install drivers.

Download ZCUJOA3 Android 4.4.2 KitKat update on Galaxy S4 I9500 and Odin (Odin3_v3.09.zip).

Extract the Firmware file which you have downloaded in above step. You will get “.tar” file along with other files.

Extract Odin to get “Odin3 v3.09.exe” file.

Switch off device.

Boot device into download mode. Press and hold Volume Down, Home, Power till device turns on and then press Volume Up to enter download mode.

Connect device to computer using USB cable. Odin will detect your device and ID:COM will turn yellow and a message appears saying “Added”. Re-install drivers if Odin fails to detect device.

Click on “PDA button” in Odin and navigate to select “.tar″ file which you have downloaded.

In Odin make sure that “Auto Reboot” and “F.Reset Time” are selected and “Re-Partition” check box is unchecked.

Click on Start button in Odin to start flashing Android 5.0.1 Lollipop firmware. When flashing is complete you will get a PASS message.

Disconnect device from your computer and let it boot automatically.
