HTC Evo 4G LTE users can install stock rooted Android 4.1.1 Jelly Bean update and thanks goes to Recognized Developer viperboy who has released rooted and flashable stock Android 4.1.1 ROM.
HTC Evo 4G LTE users can enjoy the features of Android 4.1.1.
Issues with ROM:
Wiper FC on first boot.
Proximity sensor not working during a call – looking into it.
The guide is only Sprint HTC EVO 4G LTE and cannot be tried on any other device.

Install Stock Rooted Jelly Bean 4.1.1 update on Sprint HTC Evo 4G LTE
Take a complete backup of data,apps and settings as the procedure may wipe your data.
Make sure that the battery of device has a minimum charge of 60%.
Enable “USB debugging” on your device by going to Settings >> Developer options >> Enable USB debugging.
Root and install TWRP on HTC Evo 4G LTE if not done yet.
Bootloader on device should be unlocked.
Copy the ROM from here and copy the zip file to SD-Card of your device without extracting.
SWitch off device and boot into recovery by holding down Volume down and Power buttons together. Use Volume buttons to select Recovery mode.
Perform a Nandrop backup. Select “Backup and Restore” and then select “Backup” again.
Select “wipe data/factory reset” and confirm to wipe data completely. Select advanced >> Dalvik Cache and confirm to wipe.
Select “Install” and navigate to ROM file on SD card and select it to confirm installation.
Wait for few minutes for ROM to install.
Select “Go Back” and select “Reboot System” from Main Menu.
Your device will reboot.
