ParanoidAndroid ROM for Galaxy Note 10.1 N8000. ParanoidAndroid is a Custom ROM based on Android 4.1.2 Jelly Bean. The ROM lets you to switch to Tablet UI, Phone UI or Phablet UI as well as letting you to change size of apps, layout as per your device.
You should be aware that this is not an official ROM by Samsung but a Custom ROM. The ROM is still in progress and there may be bugs and issues.
Known Issues :
– All CM10 known issues
– In Phone UI Mode, the soft-buttons might not show up at boot. Go to settings/system/Navigation Bar and enable it.
The guide mentioned below is only for Galaxy Note 10.1 N8000 and cannot be tried on any other device. To know the Model No. of device go to Settings >> About Tablet.

Install ParanoidAndroid ROM on Galaxy Note 10.1 N8000
Take a complete backup of data,apps and settings as the procedure may wipe your data.
Make sure that the battery of device has a minimum charge of 60%.
Enable “USB debugging” on your device by going to Settings >> Developer options >> Enable USB debugging.
Install ClockworkMod Recovery on Galaxy Note 10.1 N8000.
Download ParanoidAndroid ROM (pa_n8000-2.23-21OCT.2012-210120.zip) and Google Apps Package (gapps-jb-20121011-signed.zip).
Copy both the zip files to SD-Card of your device without extracting.
Switch off device and boot into recovery. Hold power button and volume down button and enter recovery.
Select “wipe data/factory reset” and wait till the data gets wiped completely.
Select “install zip from sdcard” and then select “choose zip from sdcard”. Navigate to “ParanoidAndroid ROM” file which you have downloaded and confirm to “install”. Wait till it gets installed.
Repeat the procedure to install Google apps by selecting “choose zip from sdcard” and then select “Gapps.zip” and install.
Select “reboot system now”.
You have installed ParanoidAndroid ROM based on Android 4.1.2 on Galaxy Note 10.1 N8000.
