Update HTC One with Orio One Android 4.1.2 Jelly Bean Custom ROM which is a stable, smooth, resolves bugs and issues – camera bug is resolved. Orio One is a Custom ROM and not an official ROM by Samsung. We will be going theough the guide to install Orio One Jelly Bean 4.1.2 Custom ROM on HTC One.
The guide mentioned below is only for HTC One and will not work on any other device. To check the Model of your device go to Settings >> About Phone.

Install Orio One Android 4.1.2 ROM On HTC One
Take a complete backup of data,apps and settings as the procedure may wipe your data.
Make sure that the battery of device has a minimum charge of 60%.
Enable “USB debugging” on your device by going to Settings >> Developer options >> Enable USB debugging.
Make sure that ClockworkMod Recovery is installed. Guide to install TWRP Recovery on HTC One.
HTC One unlocked with htcdev.com.
Download Orio One ROM.
Copy the zip file to your device without extracting.
Switch off device.
Boot into recovery. Press and hold down the Volume Up, Volume Down and Power buttons to enter recovery.
Select “wipe data/factory reset” and in Advanced select “Wipe Dalvik Cache”.
Perform a Nandrop backup of your existing ROM. Select “Backup and Restore” and then select “Backup” again. Now, go back to main recovery menu once backup is complete.
Select “install zip from sdcard” and then select “choose zip from sdcard”. Navigate to “ Orio One ROM” file which you have downloaded and confirm to “install”. Wait for few minutes.
Select “reboot system now”.
Orio One Android 4.1.2 Custom ROM is installed on HTC One.
