Galaxy S5 SM-G900K has received official Android 5.0 Lollipop update from Samsung. The latest G900KKTU1BNL2 Android 5.0 Lollipop firmware can be download OTA or via Kies software, however for others we will be going through the manual installation. This is a branded firmware for Korea, KT Corporation subscribers.
KTU1BNL2 Android 5.0 Lollipop is an official firmware update by Samsung for Galaxy S5 SM-G900K, you will lose root.

The guide mentioned below is only for Galaxy S5 SM-G900K and is not compatible with any other device. To know the model number of your device go to Settings >> About Phone.

Install official KTU1BNL2 Android 5.0 Lollipop firmware on Galaxy S5 SM-G900K
Take a complete backup of data,apps and settings as the procedure may wipe your data.
Make sure that the battery of device has a minimum charge of 60%.
Enable “USB debugging” on your device by going to Settings >> Developer options >> Enable USB debugging.
Extract the Firmware file which you have downloaded in above step. You will get “.tar” file along with other files.
Extract Odin to get “Odin3 v3.09.exe” file.
Switch off device.
Boot device into download mode. Press and hold Volume Down, Home, Power till device turns on and then press Volume Up to enter download mode.
Connect device to computer using USB cable. Odin will detect your device and ID:COM will turn yellow and a message appears saying “Added”. Re-install drivers if Odin fails to detect device.
Click on “PDA button” in Odin and navigate to select “.tar″ file which you have downloaded.
In Odin make sure that “Auto Reboot” and “F.Reset Time” are selected and “Re-Partition” check box is unchecked.
Click on Start button in Odin to start flashing Android 5.0 firmware. When flashing is complete you will get a PASS message.
Disconnect device from your computer and let it boot automatically.
KTU1BNL2 Android 5.0 Lollipop firmware on Galaxy S5 SM-G900K is now installed. You can check firmware version by going to Settings >> About Phone.
