A new Jelly Bean firmware N7000BLS4TCE for Galaxy Note has got leaked based on Android 4.1.2 and is from the Mexican provider TelCel.
The firmware is being tested by Sammobile, and confirmed that the firmware works just like any another official firmware. Firmware comes preloaded with Spiderman HD and lacks S-Pen features.

Install N7000BLS4TCE Android 4.1.2 Jelly Bean firmware on Galaxy Note GT-N7000
Take a complete backup of data,apps and settings as the procedure may wipe your data.
Make sure that the battery of device has a minimum charge of 60%.
Enable “USB debugging” on your device by going to Settings >> Developer options >> Enable USB debugging.
Download and install Kies software to install required drivers.
Download N7000BLS4TCE Android 4.1.2 firmware (N7000UBLS4_N7000TCELS1_TCE.zip) and extract the zip file on your computer. You will get files with extension “tar.md5”. Filenames – CODE_N7000UBLS4_619662_REV02_user_low_ship.tar.md5, MODEM_N7000UBLS1_REV_05_CL1228938.tar.md5 and CSC_TCE_N7000TCELS1_619662_REV02_user_low_ship.tar.md5.
Download Odin (Odin3_v3.04.zip) which is required to flash the firmware. Extract the contents to get “Odin3 v3.04.exe” file.
Swich off device completely.
Boot device into download mode. Press and hold Volume Down, Home, Power till device turns on and then press Volume Up to enter download mode.
Connect device to computer using USB cable. Odin will detect your device and ID:COM will turn yellow and a message appears saying “Added”. Re-install drivers if Odin fails to detect device.
Click on “PDA button” in Odin and navigate to select “CODE_N7000UBLS4_619662_REV02_user_low_ship.tar.md5” file which you got in earlier step.
Now, click on “Phone button” in Odin and select “MODEM_N7000UBLS1_REV_05_CL1228938.tar.md5” file.
Click on “CSC button” in Odin to select “CSC_TCE_N7000TCELS1_619662_REV02_user_low_ship.tar.md5” file.
Click on Start button to start flashing N7000BLS4TCE Android 4.1.2 Jelly Bean firmware on your device.
When flashing is complete you will get a PASS message.
Disconnect device from your computer.
N7000BLS4TCE Android 4.1.2 firmware is installed on Galaxy Note GT-N7000.
