Install Liquid Smooth RC3 Custom ROM On Galaxy Note N7000

Liquid Smooth ROM is one of the fast ROM and is being liked my most of the users. In this we will be going through the guide to install Liquid Smooth ROM on Samsung Galaxy Note GT-N7000. It is a Custom ROM based on AOSP. This is not an official ROM by Samsung but a Custom ROM from a Senior XDA Member toxicthunder.

The guide mentioned below is only for Galaxy Note N7000 and will not work on any other device. You can check device model by going to Settings >> About Phone.

Install Liquid Smooth RC3 Custom ROM on Galaxy Note N7000

Take a complete backup of data,apps and settings as the procedure may wipe your data.

Make sure that the battery of device has a minimum charge of 60%.

Enable “USB debugging” on your device by going to Settings >> Developer options >> Enable USB debugging.

CyanogenMod 10 should be installed on your device.

Download Liquid Smooth RC3 Custom ROM from here and Google Apps from here.

Copy both the zip files without extracting to your device SD-Card.

Switch off device and enter into recovery mode. Hold power button and volume down button and enter recovery.

Select “wipe data/factory reset” and wait for few minutes till the data gets wiped. Select “Advanced” then select “Wipe Dalvik cache” to clear Dalvik cache aslo.

Select “install zip from sdcard” and then select “choose zip from sdcard”. Navigate to the “Liquid Smooth RC3 Custom ROM” file which you have downloaded and confirm to “install”. Wait till installation gets complete.

Repeat the same procedure to install “Google Apps” also. Wait till the installation gets complete.

Select “go back” and then select “reboot system now”.

Liquid Smooth RC3 Custom ROM is installed on Galaxy Note N7000.
