Asus Eee Pad Transformer TF101 has not received Android 4.2 Jelly Bean yet, however you can experience the goodness of Android 4.2 Jelly Bean via CyanogenMod 10.1 released by XDA developer RaymanFX.
CyanogenMod 10.1 comes with many features such as lockscreen widgets, Google Now, Panorama photography and more. The ROM is in early stage and there may be bugs like Camera, Bluetooth, Mic and Front facing camera may not be working.
We will be going through the step by step guide to install CyanogenMod 10.1 (CM 10.1) on Transformer TF101.
The ROM and guide mentioned below are compatible with Asus Eee Pad Transformer TF101 and cannot be tried on any other device.

Install CyanogenMod 10.1 on Asus Eee Pad Transformer TF101
Take a complete backup of data,apps and settings as the procedure may wipe your data.
Make sure that the battery of device has a minimum charge of 60%.
Enable “USB debugging” on your device by going to Settings >> Developer options >> Enable USB debugging.
Make sure that ClockworkMod (CWM) recovery is installed.
Download ROM from here and Google Apps Package from here.
Copy both the files to the SD-Card of your device without extracting.
Switch off device and boot into recovery. You can do that by holding down Volume down and Power buttons simultaneously and using Volume buttons select Recovery mode.
Perform a Nandrop backup of your existing ROM. Select “Backup and Restore” and then select “Backup” again.
Select “wipe data/factory reset” and confirm to wipe data. Wait for few minutes.
Select “install zip from sdcard” and select “choose zip from sdcard”. Navigate to ROM file and select to confirm installation. Wait till it gets installed.
Select “choose zip from sdcard” again and select to install “Google apps package”.
Select “Go Back” and select “Reboot System Now” to reboot your device.
CyanogenMod 10.1 (CM 10.1) ROM is installed on your Transformer TF101.
