Galaxy Tab 10.1 P7510 can be updated to Android 4.2.1 Jelly Bean via CyanogenMod 10.1 (Unofficial). Users can get a taste of Android 4.2.1 Jelly Bean CM 10.1 such as as Lock screen widgets, improved Google Now, Swype-like typing, panoramic 360 photography and more.
This is unofficial CyanogenMod 10.1 Build and hence there may be few bugs and issues.
The guide is only for Galaxy Tab 10.1 P7510 and cannot be tried on any other device. You can find model of your device by going to Settings >> About Phone.

Install CyanogenMod 10.1 on Galaxy Tab 10.1 P7510
Take a complete backup of data,apps and settings as the procedure may wipe your data.
Make sure that the battery of device has a minimum charge of 60%.
Enable “USB debugging” on your device by going to Settings >> Developer options >> Enable USB debugging.
ClockworkMod recovery should be installed.
Download CM10.1 for Galaxy Tab 10.1 P7510 (cm-10.1-20121229-UNOFFICIAL-p4wifi.zip) and Google Apps Package (gapps-jb-20121212-signed.zip).
Copy both the zip files to SD-Card of your device without extracting.
Switch off device and boot into recovery. Hold power button and volume down button and enter recovery.
Perform a Nandrop backup of your existing ROM. Select “Backup and Restore” and then select “Backup again”.
Select “wipe data/factory reset” and wait till the data gets wiped.
Select “install zip from sdcard” and then select “choose zip from sdcard”. Navigate to the CyanogenMod 10.1 ROM file which you have downloaded and confirm to “install”. Wait for few minutes till installation gets complete.
Repeat the procedure to install Google apps by selecting “choose zip from sdcard” and then select “Gapps.zip” and install.
Select “reboot system now”.
