AT&T Galaxy S3 SGH-I747 or Rogers Galaxy S3 SGH-I747M users install Android 4.2.1 Jelly Bean via AOKP Custom ROM. This is an unofficial AOKP ROM developed by XDA Developers members Task650 & Ktoonsez. The ROM is being ported from official CM10 and AOKP ROM.
This is an unofficial AOKP ROM so there may be few bugs and issues.

Go through the guide below to install AOKP Android 4.2.1 Jelly Bean ROM on Galaxy S3 I747 and I747M.
This ROM and guide mentioned below is only AT&T Samsung Galaxy S3 SGH-I747 or Rogers Samsung Galaxy S3 SGH-I747M. and cannot be tried on any other device. Check your device model by going to Settings » About phone.
We cannot be held liable of any damage done to your device while following the below mentioned procedure.
Install AOKP 4.2.1 On Galaxy S3 I747 and I747M
Take a complete backup of data,apps and settings as the procedure may wipe your data.
Make sure that the battery of device has a minimum charge of 60%.
Enable “USB debugging” on your device by going to Settings >> Developer options >> Enable USB debugging.
ClockworkMod (CWM) recovery should be installed on your device. Go through the guide here.
Download AOKP 4.2.1 ROM from source page (aokp_JB_4.2_d2att-ota-eng.task650-1.17.2013.zip) and Gapps package (gapps-4.2-jb-12.19.2012-signed.zip).
Copy both the files without extracting to your device SD-Card.
Switch off device and boot into recovery. Hold down Volume down and Power buttons together. Use Volume buttons to select Recovery mode.
Take a backup. Select “Backup and Restore” and then select “Backup” again.
Select “wipe data/factory reset” and confirm to wipe data completely.
Select “install zip from sdcard” and select “choose zip from sdcard”. Navigate to AOKP 4.2.1 file and select to confirm installation. Installation will take few minutes.
Select “choose zip from sdcard” again and select to install “Google apps package”.
Select “Go Back” and select “Reboot System Now” to reboot your device.
AOKP Android 4.2.1 Jelly Bean ROM on Galaxy S3 I747 and I747M is installed.
