HTC One was recently released, you can install Android Revolution HD Custom ROM based on Android 4.1.2 Jelly Bean which is smooth, fast and stable. Android Revolution HD is a Custom ROM and not an official ROM by Samsung.

Install Android Revolution HD Android 4.1.2 ROM On HTC One
Take a complete backup of data,apps and settings as the procedure may wipe your data.
Make sure that the battery of device has a minimum charge of 60%.
Enable “USB debugging” on your device by going to Settings >> Developer options >> Enable USB debugging.
Make sure that ClockworkMod Recovery is installed. Guide to install TWRP Recovery on HTC One.

Download Android Revolution HD ROM from here.
Copy the zip file to virtual SD-Card of your device without extracting.
Switch off device.
Boot into recovery. Press and hold down the Volume Up, Volume Down and Power buttons to enter recovery.
Select “wipe data/factory reset” and in Advanced select “Wipe Dalvik Cache”.
Perform a Nandrop backup of your existing ROM. Select “Backup and Restore” and then select “Backup” again. Now, go back to main recovery menu once backup is complete.
Select “install zip from sdcard” and then select “choose zip from sdcard”. Navigate to “Android Revolution HD ROM” file which you have downloaded and confirm to “install”. Wait for few minutes.
Select “reboot system now”.
Android Revolution HD ROM 4.1.2 Custom ROM is installed on HTC One.
