This is not an official ROM by Samsung but a Custom ROM. The ROM is still in progress and there may be bugs and issues.
The guide mentioned below is only for Galaxy Note N7000 and cannot be tried on any other device. To know the Model No. of device go to Settings >> About Phone.

Install Android 4.2.2 Vanilla RootBOX ROM on Galaxy Note N7000
Take a complete backup of data,apps and settings as the procedure may wipe your data.
Make sure that the battery of device has a minimum charge of 60%.
Enable “USB debugging” on your device by going to Settings >> Developer options >> Enable USB debugging.
ClockworkMod Recovery on your Galaxy Note N7000 should be installed.
Copy both the zip files to SD-Card of your device without extracting.
Switch off device and boot into recovery. Hold power button and volume down button and enter recovery.
Select “wipe data/factory reset”, wipe cache partition” and in Advanced select “Wipe Dalvik Cache”.
Perform a Nandrop backup of your existing ROM. Select “Backup and Restore” and then select “Backup” again. Now, go back to main recovery menu once backup is complete.
Select “install zip from sdcard” and then select “choose zip from sdcard”. Navigate to “Vanilla RootBOX ROM” file which you have downloaded and confirm to “install”. Wait till it gets installed.
Repeat the procedure to install Google apps by selecting “choose zip from sdcard” and then select “Gapps.zip” and install.
Select “reboot system now”.
Vanilla RootBOX ROM based on Android 4.2.2 Jelly Bean on Galaxy Note N7000 is installed.
