Update HTC One S to Android 4.2.2 Jelly Bean via PAC-Man ROM. PAC-Man ROM is based on latest CM10.1 and latest AOKP MR1. PAC-Man ROM is a Custom ROM and not an official ROM, there may be bugs and issues.

The guide is only for HTC One S and cannot be tried on any other device. You can find model of your device by going to Settings >> About Phone.

Install Android 4.2.2 PAC-Man ROM on HTC One S
Take a complete backup of data,apps and settings as the procedure may wipe your data.
Make sure that the battery of device has a minimum charge of 60%.
Enable “USB debugging” on your device by going to Settings >> Developer options >> Enable USB debugging.
ClockworkMod recovery should be installed.
Install drivers for HTC One S by going here.
Download PAC-Man ROM for Android HTC One S and Google Apps Package from here.
Copy both the zip files to SD-Card of your device without extracting.
Switch off device and boot into recovery. Hold power button and volume down button and enter recovery.
Perform a Nandrop backup of your existing ROM. Select “Backup and Restore” and then select “Backup again”.
Select “wipe data/factory reset” and wait till the data gets wiped.
Select “install zip from sdcard” and then select “choose zip from sdcard”. Navigate to the “PAC-Man ROM” file which you have downloaded and confirm to “install”. Wait for few minutes till installation gets complete.
Repeat the procedure to install Google apps by selecting “choose zip from sdcard” and then select “Gapps.zip” and install.
Select “reboot system now”.
Android 4.2.2 PAC-Man ROM on HTC One S is installed.
