AT&T Galaxy S2 Skyrocket users can now update their device to new Slim Bean ROM based on Android 4.1 Jelly Bean. The Slim Bean ROM is light weight and fast Custom ROM and is not an official ROM by Samsung. The ROM is in early stage so there may be bugs.
According to the XDA Developer source page currently lockscreen weather may not work.
The guide and ROM mentioned below is compatible only with AT&T Galaxy S2 Skyrocket SGH-I727 and is not compatible with any other variant. To know the Model of your device Go to Settings >> About Phone.

Install Android 4.1 Jelly Bean based Slim Bean ROM On AT&T Galaxy S2 Skyrocket
Take a complete backup of data,apps and settings as the procedure may wipe your data.
Make sure that the battery of device has a minimum charge of 60%.
Install ClockworkMod recovery on your device.
Download Slim Bean ROM and Google Apps package. Copy both the zip files to SD -Card of your device without extracting.
Switch off device and boot into recovery mode. You can do that by pressing and holding down the Volume Up, Volume Down and Power buttons.
Take a Nandrop Backup of your existing ROM so that you can revert back if anything goes wrong. You can take a Nandrop backup by selecting Backup and Restore >> On the next screen and then select “Backup again”.
Select the option “wipe data/factory reset” and then confirm to wipe. Wait for few minutes till the data gets wiped.
Select “install zip from sdcard” and then “choose zip from sdcard”. Navigate to Slim Bean ROM file on SD Card and confirm to install. ROM will start installing. Wait for few minutes till the installation gets complete.
Repeat the same procedure to install Google Apps package. Wait till the installation gets complete.
Select “go back” and select “reboot system” now.
