AT&T Galaxy S3 users can now install a new ROM named as Asylum CM10 which brings Android 4.1 Jelly Bean experience along with some other features. This is not an official ROM from Samsung and since it is in development stage you may experience bugs.
Features of Asylum CM10 ROM
-Built from CM 10 source
-Changes in Settings background, pop-ups, contacts
-SuperSU is default
-Apex Launcher is default
The ROM and guide mentioned below is for AT&T Galaxy S3 and is not for any other variant. You can check check Model no. of device by going to Settings >> About Phone.

Install Android 4.1 Jelly Bean Asylum CM10 ROM on AT&T Galaxy S3
Take a complete backup of data,apps and settings as the procedure may wipe your data.
Make sure that the battery of device has a minimum charge of 60%.
ClockworkMod recovery on your device should be installed.Go through the guide here.
Download Android 4.1 Jelly Bean Asylum CM10 ROM and Google Apps package and copy both the files to SD-Card of your device without extracting.
Switch off device and boot into ClockworkMod recovery. Hold down Volume Up, and Home and Power buttons simultaneously till your device boots into into ClockworkMod recovery.
Take a Nandrop backup of your existing ROM. Select “Backup and Restore” and select “Backup again”.
Select “wipe data/factory reset” and wait for few minutes till the data gets wiped.
Select “install zip from sdcard” and then select “choose zip from sdcard”. Navigate to ROM file on the SD card and select to confirm installing. Wait till installation gets completed.
Repeat the above procedure to install Google apps package and wait till installation gets complete.
Select “go back” and select “reboot system” now.
