Motorola Xoom users can update their device to rooted stock Android 4.1.2 JZ054K manually. The ROM is being developed by Recognized XDA developer Member stachre.
The guide mentioned below is only for Motorola Xoom and is not compatible with any other device.

Install Android 4.1.2 Jelly Bean on Motorola Xoom
Take a complete backup of data,apps and settings as the procedure may wipe your data.
Make sure that the battery of device has a minimum charge of 60%.
Enable “USB debugging” on your device by going to Settings >> Developer options >> Enable USB debugging.
Make sure that ClockworkMod Recovery is installed.
Download Android 4.1.2 Jelly Bean JZ054K firmware from here (filename- update_US-Xoom-WiFi-4.1.2-JZO54K_stachre_v01.zip) and copy the file to the SD-Card of your device without extracting.
Switch off device and enter into recovery mode. Pressing and hold the Volume Up and Volume Down and Power buttons to enter recovery.
Select “Wipe data/factory reset” and confirm to wipe all data. Select Advanced and select “Wipe Dalvik cache”.
Select “install zip from SD card” and select “choose zip from SD-card” to install Android 4.1.2 zip file which you have downloaded. Wait till the installation gets complete.
“Go Back” and select “Reboot System Now.”
Android 4.1.2 Jelly Bean is installed on Motorola Xoom.
