Install Alliance Android 4.1.2 ROM On Galaxy Note 2 N7100

Install Samsung Galaxy Note 2 N7100 with Alliance ROM based on official XXDMB5 Android 4.1.2 Jelly Bean firmware. We will be going through the guide to install Alliance Android 4.1.2 ROM on Galaxy Note 2 N7100 which comes with better features and customization. Alliance is a Custom ROM and not an official ROM by Samsung , you may find few bugs and issues.

he guide mentioned below is only for Galaxy Note 2 N7100 and will not work on any other device. To check the Model of your device go to Settings >> About Phone.

Alliance ROM

Install Alliance Android 4.1.2 ROM On Galaxy Note 2 N7100

Take a complete backup of data,apps and settings as the procedure may wipe your data.

Make sure that the battery of device has a minimum charge of 60%.

Enable “USB debugging” on your device by going to Settings >> Developer options >> Enable USB debugging.

ClockworkMod Recovery should be installed. Guide to root and install Clockworkmod recovery on Galaxy Note 2 N7100.

Download Alliance Android 4.1.2 ROM (AllianceROM_N7100_DMB5_v2) for Galaxy Note 2 N7100 and install ROM-customizer app .

Copy the zip file to SD-Card of your device without extracting.

Switch off device.

Boot into recovery. Press and hold down the Volume Up, Volume Down and Power buttons to enter recovery.

Select “wipe data/factory reset” and in Advanced select “Wipe Dalvik Cache”.

Perform a Nandrop backup of your existing ROM. Select “Backup and Restore” and then select “Backup” again. Now, go back to main recovery menu once backup is complete.

Open ROM Customizer and choose “Alliance ROM” zip file flash file from SD-Card to install.

Select “reboot system now”.

Alliance Android 4.1.2 Custom ROM is installed on Galaxy Note 2 N7100.
