Acer has announced the launch of two new Android tablets, Acer Iconia A1-830 and the Acer Iconia B1-720 ahead of the CES 2014.
Iconia A1-830 features a 7.9-inch 1024 x 768p LED-backlit IPS display, running on Android 4.2.1 and 1GB of RAM. The device is powered by an Atom Z2560 processor running at 1.6GHz, having a battery life of 7.5 hours, 5 megapixel rear camera and 2 megapixel front-facing camera. It has 16GB of internal storage which can be extended with up to 32GB using the microSD card slot.
Iconic A1-830 features a silver aluminum design weighing 380 grams and has thickness of 8.15 mm.
Acer Iconia B1-720 features a 7-inch display, 1.3GHz dual-core processor, 1GB of RAM, 16GB of internal storage, microSD card slot and front camera.
The Acer Iconia A1-830 will be released in February for €169( $179) and above. Acer Iconia B1-720 will be released in two variants – the Wi-Fi enabled B1-720 is priced at €129, while the 3G model with 16GB storage will be priced at €179.
